Scott B. Kallins was born in Baltimore, Maryland and graduated from
McDonogh School in McDonogh, Maryland.
Following high school Mr. Kallins attended and graduated from Western Maryland
College (McDaniel College)achieving scholastic and athletic honors.
Following his graduation from college, Mr.
Kallins attended and graduated from the University of Toledo
College of Law focusing on trial advocacy. He enrolled and
completed unique internships in both civil and criminal
practice. Upon moving to Bradenton, Florida, Mr. Kallins gained
entry to the Florida Bar and, developed his practice focusing on
multiple areas of law. He gained valuable experience in the
realm of personal injury and criminal defens
Mr. Kallins is a
Board Certified
Civil Trial Lawyer and has been active in
various legal organizations including Manatee County Bar
Association, Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the American Bar
Association.

Presently, Mr. Kallins serves as the Chairman of
the Board of the Manatee County YMCA, Chairman of the City of
Bradenton Retention Merit Board and, serves as an executive
board member for the Green and Gold Club an affiliate of
McDaniel College in Westminister, Maryland. Mr. Kallins is the
head coach of the Sarasota Military Academy Varsity Lacrosse
Team.
His interests include; travel, sports, and
sailing. |

Born in Bradenton, Melton H. Little graduated from Bayshore High
School. He graduated from Samford University and the Cumberland
School of Law, both located in Birmingham, Alabama. He returned to
Bradenton after graduation from law school in 1986 and has been in
private practice since that time.
He is 1 of 9 attorneys out
of more than 70,000 in the Florida Bar to be both
Board Certified in Marital and Family Law
and
Board Certified
in Civil Trial Law. Mr. Little became
Board Certified in Marital & Family Law in June, 1993. He became
Board Certified in Civil Trial Law in June, 2004. His practice is in
the areas of Personal Injury,
Wrongful Death, Medical
Malpractice and
Marital and
Family Law.

Mr. Little has served in Manatee County as
President of the Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors, Vice
Chairman of Keep Manatee Beautiful, Chairman of the Manatee
County Democratic Party and various committees of the Manatee
Chamber of Commerce, as well as youth baseball and soccer
coach. He has received the Manatee County Boys & Girls Club Man
& Youth Award (1999), Boys & Girls Club National Medallion Award
(2003), (the highest award given a volunteer, by the Boys &
Girls Club of America) and the Manatee County Bar Association
Community Service Award (2004).
Mr. Little has been active in various legal
organizations, including, the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers,
American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association,
The Florida Bar and Manatee County Bar.
His interests include sports, golf, and reading. He has
two
sons and resides in Bradenton. |

Mr. Delgado was born in El Paso,
Texas and graduated from J. M. Hanks High School. After high
school, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and was an Inertial
Navigation Systems Specialist on F-4 Wild Weasels.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude
from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. He then
graduated from Stetson College of Law and received a Masters in
Business Administration from Stetson University.
After law school, Mr.
Delgado went to work for the Public Defender’s Office in Bradenton.
While there, he gained valuable trial experience in Criminal Defense
law in both misdemeanor and felony divisions.
Mr. Delgado became employed
at Kallins & Little in October 1999 and was made partner in June
2004. He practices primarily in the areas of
Criminal Defense,
and
Personal Injury.

Mr. Delgado is Chairman of the Gulf Coast Latin
Chamber of Commerce; President of Manatee Educational
Television; and Member of the Steering Committee for Grassroots
Leadership Initiative. He has also served as a Judge in the
Teen Court Program at the Manatee County Courthouse.
Mr. Delgado is married and has 2 children. His interests include
golf, snow skiing, sports and reading. He and his family reside in Sarasota.

Donald
Grieco was born and raised in Bronx, New York. He completed
undergraduate degrees from Ulster County Community College in Stone
Ridge, New York and from Mount St. Mary College in Newburgh, New
York, his graduate degree in Education. From there Donald taught
high school in the public school system, in Special Education, for
ten years in New York, Virginia, and Florida. Donald continued to
Pace University in White Plains, New York, earning his Juris Doctor
of Law. He earned internships to practice law at the Pentagon for
the U.S. Army Judge Advocate Generals Core in Washington, D. C. and
at the District Attorneys Office in Bronx, New York. Upon
completion of his law degree, Donald passed both the New York and
Florida Bar exams. Don continued to work for the District Attorneys
Office in the Bronx for a period and then settled in Manatee County
Florida where he worked as a prosecutor for the State Attorneys
Office. While working for the State Attorneys Office, Donald
prosecuted in both Misdemeanor and Felony Divisions for seven
years. Private practice followed where he litigated law in Civil,
Criminal, and Personal Injury cases. Since being admitted in both
New York and Florida Bars, Don has also been federally admitted to
try cases in the Middle District of Florida. He has tried over 100
non-injury trials and jury trials each. All have earned him a
reputation as a well prepared, aggressive and thorough litigator as
well as a highly respected attorney among his colleagues and
community. |
Donald has been married to his wife Patricia for
sixteen years, and has three children, Deirdre, Desiree, and Donald
Jr. Always involved in the community, Don participated in the teen
court system, coached on all levels of community baseball, and has
always been an active member of the church.

Arthur J. Cohen, J.D., M.D., MBA, has
joined Kallins, Little & Delgado on an of counsel basis. He will be
practicing in the areas of complex injury cases and medical
malpractice claims.
Dr. Cohen completed his legal education in
1967 at Brooklyn Law School and medical education in 1976 at Free
University of Brussels. He was Board Certified in Family Practice
in 1978 and, most recently, was re-certified in 2007. Dr. Cohen was
admitted to the New York Bar in 1968. He was admitted to practice
of Law in the State of Florida in 1983 and has practiced Medicine,
in Florida, since 1978. He is also a certified mediator and health
care risk manager. In 1994 he was awarded an MBA by Nova
University.
At the present time he has his own
independent Medical Consultant Firm and also practices Family
Medicine. His work experience is diverse in that he has been an
investment banker, physician and attorney; on occasion has used all
three. He is a past President of the American College of Legal
Medicine, which is a National Association of Physician Attorneys
with a membership of 2,000 individuals.

staff defense, licensure defense, contracts among health care
providers and risk management.

Jose D. Estigarribia was
born in Dearborn, Michigan and grew up in Bradenton, Florida. He
graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School in Sarasota, Florida and
then went on to attend the University of Miami where he received his
undergraduate degree in Political Science and Criminology. After
college, Mr. Estigarribia attended Stetson College of Law where he
participated in an internship with the Public Defender’s Office and
clerked for an immigration law firm.
Upon graduation from law
school, Mr. Estigarribia was employed as an associate with an
immigration law firm in Tampa, Florida where he was exposed to
various different types of immigration cases. Mr. Estigarribia then
returned to Bradenton where he worked with the State Attorney’s
Office and gained valuable criminal trial experience. Mr.
Estigarribia has experience as both a prosecutor and criminal
defense attorney. Mr. Estigarribia is fluent in Spanish and
currently resides in Palmetto, Florida.

Mr. Estigarribia is married and his wife is also
a practicing attorney. Mr. Estigarribia is active in various
community organizations and enjoys fishing, golfing and reading. .

performed many duties at the firm since 1999, including bookkeeping,
office management, and human resources. In addition, she is fluent
in English, Spanish and Portuguese, which provides the firm with a
versatile translator when needed. Currently, Christiane manages
personal injury and criminal law cases for Mr. Delgado. She was
born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and has an Associate of
Arts Degree in Psychology and Social Science. . |

Jones, C.P., Paralegal to Scott Kallins and Melton Little. Tara has
8 years experience as a paralegal and has worked in the areas of
workers' compensation, social security and personal injury law. She
graduated with honors from Keiser College, Sarasota, Florida and
attained an Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies.
Thereafter, Tara attained her paralegal certification and attended
University of South Florida where she graduated with a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Criminology. Tara is currently a member of the
National Association of Legal Assistants and is a notary public.
She is a lifelong resident of Florida and currently resides in
